The activity of our office consists in providing advice on loans and insurance contracts, in presenting or proposing or carrying out other preparatory work for their conclusion or to conclude them, or in contributing to their management and their execution. RULES OF CONDUCT

Each party, our office and you as a client, undertakes not to disclose to third parties confidential information concerning the other party of which it may have become aware in the context of this collaboration with the exception of information which must be communicated to third parties for the proper performance of the contract (for example insurer, reinsurer, expert, etc.) and legal exceptions

FIGHT AGAINST MONEY LAUNDERING AND TERRORIST FINANCING

With the will to participate in the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism and in application of the law of January 11, 1993 on the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purposes of money laundering and terrorist financing , you agree to answer the questions that our office is asked to ask you in this context and to provide the required documents at the first request.

IDENTIFICATION OF CASES OF POTENTIAL CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

Conflicts of interest may arise between:

  • Our office (including any person related to it such as, for example, directors, managers, persons who exercise control over the company, employees involved in the provision of insurance intermediation services and sub- agents – hereafter “related persons) and customers, • Customers among themselves.

Taking into account the characteristics of our office, we have identified potential cases of conflicts of interest. Here are a few examples:

  • Situation in which a financial gain can be realized or a financial loss avoided at the expense of the client, • Our office has an interest in the outcome of an insurance intermediation service or of a transaction carried out which is different from the interest of the client, • Our office is encouraged, for financial or other reasons, to favor the interests of another client or group of clients over those of the client concerned, • Our office has the same professional activity as the client, • Our office receives from a person other than the client a benefit in relation to the insurance intermediation service provided to the client, in the form of money, goods or services, other than the commission or fees normally charged for this service.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST MANAGEMENT POLICY

Our office has put in place a whole series of measures to manage any conflicts of interest that may arise. These measures include the following:

  • Compliance by staff and any other person related to the office of an internal instruction note setting out the principles and measures to be observed in the context of the management of conflicts of interest, • An appropriate policy on staff remuneration and any other person related to the office, • A policy regarding gifts or other advantages, • Organizational measures which guarantee the confidential nature of the data communicated by the clients, • Organizational measures in terms of separate management when this is necessary necessary, • A policy on arbitration advice, • A policy that if a specific conflict of interest cannot be resolved, our office reserves the right to deny the request of the client concerned for the sole purpose of to protect its interests.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Where the organizational or administrative arrangements made by our office to manage conflicts of interest are not sufficient to ensure, with reasonable certainty, that the risk of harming the interests of the client will be avoided, our office will inform them in writing or in any other durable medium, before acting on their behalf, of the general nature and / or the source of these conflicts of interest. The final choice of follow-up reserved for the situation which is the basis of the conflict of interest concerned belongs to the client.

If a specific conflict of interest cannot be resolved, our office reserves the right to refuse the request of the client concerned, for the sole purpose of protecting their interests.

MONITORING OF THE MANAGEMENT POLICY ON CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

In accordance with regulations, our office keeps and regularly updates a register of conflicts of interest which arise and which involve a significant risk of harm to the interests of one or more clients. The mention of conflicts of interest in the register can lead to updating the list of potential conflicts of interest and vice versa. If necessary, our office updates / modifies its management policy on conflicts of interest. Those associated with our office are required to follow internal instructions relating to the conflict of interest policy.
